The research brief looks into pro-Kremlin disinformation narratives in Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia and actors that propagate them.
The background paper, jointly compiled by AMO, the Adapt Institute, and the EAST Center, reviews some of the major pro-Kremlin disinformation narratives in Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia and the actors that tend to propagate them in these three countries. It suggests that the main categories of disinformation transmitters and the online platforms they operate on are largely identical. While country-specifc disinformation narratives are present, most are also largely the same in the three countries.
The paper is a part of the project “Strengthening the Resilience of Czech, Slovak and Polish Societies Prior to the 2024 European Parliament Elections” supported by the EU. Read more at the project webpage of the Association for International Affairs.
