The policy brief by Nikoleta Nemečkayová of the Association for International Affairs (Czechia), with contribution of EAST Center’s and Adapt Institute’s experts, discusses how current political, economic, and social upheavals in Czechia, Poland, and Slovakia are exploited in the national media spaces to harm the EU’s image. While largely old techniques are in use, the report notes recent changes in the anti-EU narratives.

The paper is a part of the project “Strengthening the Resilience of Czech, Slovak and Polish Societies Prior to the 2024 European Parliament Elections” supported by the EU. Read more at the project webpage of the Association for International Affairs.
