Disinformation Resilience Index in CEE countries II (2020-2021)

To effectively withstand external disinformation campaigns, capacities of the Visegrad and Eastern Partnership countries to prevent, detect and effectively respond to them should be monitored and continuously enhanced. The project will contribute to achieving this goal by conducting a systematic study of the exposure of respective countries and societies to external information operations and their readiness to handle them. It will review the changes in the operational landscape since 2018 and find out to what extent the recommendations provided in the past have been implemented by state institutions, journalist communities, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
