This year’s Symposium “Societal Transformations in the Eastern Neighbourhood and the Mediterranean South” was held on 22-26 June 2016 in Istanbul, Turkey.
The event gathered around 35 young professionals working in the fields of public policy, politics, journalism, and business from the countries of the Eastern Neighbourhood, the South Mediterranean, Central Asia and EU member states.
The event’s presentations and discussions focused on regional dynamics and its impact on the transformation of the societies of the countries of the Eastern Neighbourhood and the Mediterranean South. The symposium was hosted by the Center for International and European Studies at Kadir Has University.
