EAST Research Fellow Veranika Laputska spoke at the public conference “How Lukashenka falsifies Belarus” on October 11 in Warsaw, Poland. Two other presenters included Kamil Kłysiński, Senior Research Fellow of the Center For Eastern Studies, and Siarhiej Pieliasa, editor at Belsat TV. The meetings was moderated by Mateusz Bajek, Global.Lab foundation.
Panelists discussed October parliamentary election in Belarus, as well as political system and election procedures in Belarus since 1996.
